Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using thefeelofict.com. By accessing or using our Learning Management System (LMS), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Authorized Access Only

  • •The Learning Management System (LMS) resources are accessible only to registered students who have paid the relevant course fees.
  • •Each student account is personal and non-transferable. Access credentials are issued to individual students and must not be shared.
  • •We reserve the right to verify student identity and may require additional documentation to confirm enrollment.

2. Intellectual Property

  • •All content on thefeelofict.com, including but not limited to video lectures, PDFs, exam papers, course materials, and software, is protected by copyright laws and is the intellectual property of The Feel of ICT.
  • •Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, recording, downloading, or sharing of any content is strictly forbidden and constitutes a legal offense.
  • •Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.
  • •Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

  • •Course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted.
  • •Payments can be made via Bank Deposit or Online Transfer as specified during registration.
  • •Fees paid for online courses are non-refundable once course materials have been accessed.
  • •In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of initial payment, provided no course content has been accessed.
  • •All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of The Feel of ICT management.

4. Account Termination

  • •We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts found violating these Terms of Service, especially regarding content piracy, credential sharing, or platform misuse.
  • •Account termination may occur without prior notice for serious violations, including but not limited to: unauthorized content distribution, account sharing, hacking attempts, or fraudulent activity.
  • •Terminated accounts will not be eligible for refunds, and access to all course materials will be immediately revoked.
  • •Students whose accounts are terminated may be permanently banned from future enrollment.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • •Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
  • •Content Piracy: Recording, downloading, screen-capturing, or distributing course materials in any form is illegal and will result in legal action.
  • •Platform Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the LMS software or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
  • •Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information during registration, payment fraud, or any form of deception will result in immediate termination and legal consequences.

6. Student Responsibilities

  • •Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • •Students must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information during registration.
  • •Students are expected to use the platform responsibly and respect intellectual property rights.
  • •Students must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
  • •Any technical issues or concerns should be reported promptly to our support team.

7. Platform Availability and Modifications

  • •We strive to maintain continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • •Scheduled maintenance may occur, and we will provide advance notice when possible.
  • •We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
  • •Course content may be updated or modified to reflect current curriculum requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • •The Feel of ICT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • •We do not guarantee specific academic results or exam outcomes.
  • •Students are responsible for their own learning progress and academic performance.
  • •Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device malfunctions are beyond our control.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, making a payment, or accessing any course materials on thefeelofict.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact us to cancel your account.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
